1) Please wash your shoes before returning them

Failure to de-grossify your shoes will result in them being sent back to you in the condition that you sent to us.
2) It's in the details
Please provide a little note about why you are returning your shoes, a proof of purchase and any other relevant information. The more we know, the easier it is to help you.
3) Print off, stick on and post out
Package up your shoes ready for posting, print off our nifty NEW free returns label, clearly tape to parcel and you are ready to rock - at your nearest post office.
